Desired Candidate Profile
- B.Arch degree from a recognized institution (NATA/NCS accreditation preferred).
- 0-3 years of experience in architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in Design software's including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, VRAY or equivalent etc.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, design standards, principles and practices.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings, sketches, and designs using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and 3ds Max.
- Create presentation drawings and working drawings for various projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Develop design concepts and present them to stakeholders for approval.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
