Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field audits, surveys, and data collection in assigned locations.
- Analyse and interpret field data and prepare reports.
- Counsel and guide aspiring entrepreneurs and citizens on entrepreneurship, livelihood opportunities, and government schemes.
- Facilitate and support activities related to Udyam Registration, artisan profiling, and cluster development initiatives.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders, NGOs, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and community organizations.
- Manage project-related administrative activities, including scheduling, documentation, correspondence, and resource coordination.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and project deliverables.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in field surveys, data collection, audits, or data analysis.
- Experience in Udyam Registration, Cluster Management, Artisan Profiling, or livelihood/entrepreneurship development projects will be preferred.
- Prior experience working with NGOs, development sector organizations, or community-based projects is highly desirable.
- Exposure to entrepreneurship, skill development, livelihoods, rural/urban economic development, or capacity-building initiatives will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Telugu is mandatory.
Travel Requirements
- The role involves extensive field travel within the assigned district.
- Candidates with their own two-wheeler/four-wheeler will be preferred.
