Role Overview
We offer a structured internship programme for final-year fashion design students and recent graduates. Over 3 6 months you will work directly with our design and production team, get your hands on real garment development, and build a portfolio you are genuinely proud of.
What Youll Experience- Assist in sketch development and mood board creation for upcoming collections
- Observe and participate in bespoke client fittings and alteration consultations
- Shadow production floor work cutting, stitching, finishing, quality checking
- Assist with fabric sourcing trips in Delhi NCR markets
- Support social media content creation and product shoots
- Receive structured feedback sessions and a mentor from the senior team
- Final-year or recent graduate students of NIFT, Pearl Academy, or any fashion design institute in NCR
- Strong enthusiasm for Indian ethnic wear, bespoke tailoring, or sustainable fashion
- Willingness to be present on-site at Greater Noida West studio (not remote)
- A portfolio even if small showing your creative direction
