Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Architecture, Design Management, and Project Management leader with over 15 years of global experience, including significant exposure in the UAE region . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, residential, and mixed-use developments, with proven expertise in leading large-scale projects.
We are looking for a high-caliber, Dubai-experienced Architect (AGM level) to be based in Hyderabad, leading architectural design coordination for our UAE (Dubai) projects, including high-rise luxury towers and premium villa communities.
This role is ideal for a UAE-returned architect who understands Dubai regulations, approvals, and design standards, and is now seeking a leadership opportunity in India while staying closely aligned with Dubai operations.
Key Responsibilities
UAE Project Leadership (Remote Coordination)
- Lead architectural design delivery for Dubai-based projects from Hyderabad
- Work closely with Dubai design teams, consultants, and stakeholders
- Ensure projects align with Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, Civil Defense
Regulations
- Lead and manage end-to-end design and project execution across multiple large-scale developments
- Drive design management processes, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards

- Oversee and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and high performance
- Manage and engage key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure effective coordination between architecture, engineering, and project delivery functions
Design & Technical Governance
- Oversee all stages: Concept Schematic Detailed Design IFC
- Ensure high-quality design output aligned with luxury real estate benchmarks
- Drive design standardization, technical accuracy, and compliance
IndiaUAE Coordination
- Act as a bridge between Hyderabad team & Dubai office
- Conduct regular design reviews with UAE teams
- Manage time-zone coordination and fast decision-making cycles
Team Leadership (Hyderabad)
- Build and manage a strong in-house architecture team
- Mentor architects and drive high-performance culture
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and external consultants
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelors/masters in architecture
Experience
- 1520 years total experience (AGM-level maturity)
- Minimum 58 years in Dubai/UAE projects (MANDATORY)
- Must be: Currently based in India OR willing to relocate to Hyderabad
- Proven track record in real estate, residential, and mixed-use developments
- At least one professional stint in the Middle East (GCC region) is mandatory
- Exposure in Design COE of design firms Captives will be big plus .
