Attend customer inquiries through email, phone, and other communication channels.
Prepare and submit quotations based on customer requirements.
Maintain effective communication with customers regarding order status and requirements.
Required Candidate profile
Proficiency in MS Office.Good email writing skills.
Knowledge of internet browsing/computer applications.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
