Experience :
- Sr. BDA: 3-6 years (with at least 3 year in EdTech).
- BDA:0-4 years (preferably with some EdTech exposure)
Age Criteria :
- Sr. BDA: Up to 31
- BDA: Up to 29
Parameters :
* Good communications skills
* Good amount of revenue generated
* Experience with high ticket price.
