ROLE DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate has a "Product Mindset" - the ability to take a manual business friction point
and architect a full-stack automated solution. You will be responsible for moving the
organization beyond simple chatbots toward Agentic Workflows, where AI systems can
autonomously interact with our databases, verify documentation, and execute multi-step logic
across our cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agentic Workflow Development: Design and deploy AI agents using Claude
(Anthropic) and Zapier Central to automate high-frequency business tasks
- MCP: Build and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) compliant servers to allow our
AI agents to securely "read and write" to our internal databases and file systems and
automate MIS workflows.
- Process Automation: Integrate fragmented workflows across Finance, Operations, and
HR using Zapier/Make automations and custom TypeScript/Python scripts.
- Infrastructure Management: Deploy and manage lightweight AI services and
automation scripts on virtual machines within AWS, Azure, or GCP.
QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Skills:
- Languages: Strong proficiency in TypeScript (Node.js) or Python
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development best practices.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for building standardized AI-to-Data
interfaces
- Understanding of traditional and vector databases (Mongo / SQL or alike) preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AI Agents (e.g., Claude Analysis Tooling, Zapier Agents)
preferred.
- Experience with Zapier (Webhooks, Formatter, and multi-step Zaps) or similar iPaaS
tools is a plus
- Knowledge of Virtual Machines (EC2/Compute Engine) on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,
or GCP) with AI/ML services and virtualization (using docker and k8) is advantageous.
- Fullstack development (MERN) experience will be advantageous.
Educational Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a BE/B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence,
Computer Science (AI/ML specialization), Data Science, or a closely related engineering
discipline.
- Coursework or academic projects in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural
Language Processing, or Data Engineering is highly desirable.
Soft Skills & Other Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in applying AI to real-
world business challenges.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with IT team members and business
stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment.
- Prior internship or project experience involving AI, automation, or software development
is beneficial but not required.
