Qa Automation Lead

Job description
Responsibilities:

Create and implement automation frameworks for functional testing of web and mobile applications and other applications that interface with the website
Configure the Automation Tool Test Environment (Eg:- Selenium Web Driver) and develop automation test scripts
Optimization of automation test scripts to be reusable for ongoing Regression and New Functionality
Creating, Enhancing, debugging, and Running Daily Regression Test Cases.
Define and export test results
Collaborate with the Product teams on the implementation of test strategy, test plans & test execution of the product.
Create technical documentation for review by peers and Development community.
Work with QA team for resolution of technical issues of the product as needed.

Train the QA team / Dev team on creation of automation test scripts and enable them to create scripts, run automation tests and debug any issues independently
Responds appropriately and competently to the demands of work challenges when confronted with changes, ambiguity, adversity, and other pressures.
Minimum Requirements:

8+ years of automation test experience for UI and/or API level testing
Expertise in setting up of automation frameworks and implementing them in Web and mobile applications using Agile methodologies.
Thorough understanding and hands on experience in developing and enhancing automation testing frameworks.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities.
Experience with high performance websites catering to millions of daily traffic.
Must be experienced and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment dealing with change
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in setup and implementation of Selenium Tools on web applications
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center or business environment
Knowledge in security testing, performance testing, performance tuning is a definite plus
