Role: Enterprise & Functional Strategy (EFS) / Marketing Strategy Consultant
Enterprise & Functional Strategy (EFS):
- Drive transformation of enterprise cost structures aligned with corporate strategy.
- Re-allocate spend from commodity to differentiating capabilities for growth acceleration.
- Key capabilities: cost baselining, analytics, benchmarking, opportunity identification, value realization, process optimization, functional transformation (SG&A, Finance, HR), and operating model design.
- Develop and execute adaptive, cross-functional strategies to address market shifts.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM), market entry, and enterprise growth strategies.
- Partner with clients to align people, processes, and strategy amid business disruption.
Marketing Strategy Offering:
- Advise CMOs and marketing leaders on capabilities, operating models, digital strategy, and cost structures.
- Help redesign customer engagement, personalize experiences, and drive growth using AI-native workflows and agentic marketing capabilities.
- Deliver end-to-end marketing transformation services: customer segmentation, data strategy, operating model design, MarTech/AdTech assessment, predictive analytics, and design-led delivery.
- Identify AI-enabled marketing use cases, build business cases, and deploy intelligent marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy
- Execute engagements: growth strategy, customer segmentation, market opportunity assessment, marketing effectiveness diagnostics.
- Design enterprise-wide marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Translate strategy into actionable transformation roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
- Customer Marketing
- Develop customer-centric marketing strategies (acquisition, engagement, retention, loyalty).
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Support design and activation of customer engagement programs.
- Brand Strategy
- Assist in brand positioning, portfolio strategy, value proposition, and messaging development.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research for brand differentiation.
- Provide recommendations to enhance brand equity and relevance.
- Target Operating Model (TOM)
- Support design of marketing operating models covering structure, governance, processes, capabilities, and technology.
- Assess current marketing capabilities and identify improvement opportunities.
- Aid marketing transformation aligned to strategic growth objectives.
- Customer Data Strategy
- Evaluate customer data assets, ecosystems, and activation capabilities.
- Assess MarTech & AdTech platforms including automation, personalization, and measurement.
- Develop roadmaps for data-driven marketing and AI-enabled transformation.
