As an EPM - FCCS ARCS - Manager - Consult, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver impactful business application consulting services, focusing on Oracle solutions. This role involves direct client support, where you will be instrumental in driving successful outcomes and fostering strong client relationships. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members'' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. Responsibilities

  • Leading Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) consulting projects, focusing on FCCS and ARCS solutions
  • Managing client relationships and expectations to deliver successful outcomes
  • Guiding teams in the development and implementation of business process analysis and optimization models
  • Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) to enhance data-driven decision-making
  • Overseeing the creation and management of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Conducting performance assessments and developing performance management strategies
  • Implementing cost management and profitability management techniques to improve financial outcomes
  • Facilitating enterprise integration and resource allocation to support organizational effectiveness
  • Providing coaching and feedback to team members to foster professional growth and development
  • Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic data analysis and business insights
