About the Role
Policybazaar is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives. This is a blended process role where you will interact with customers, resolve their queries, and assist them in choosing the right insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions regarding their insurance needs.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 0?4 years (Freshers can apply).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer knowledge; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are eligible.
