Role Overview

The Trainer/Mentor (MSME Training on AI) will play a hands-on role in delivering AI training programs and supporting MSMEs in adopting AI tools across their daily business functions. The role will focus on training delivery, ongoing mentoring, MSME engagement, adoption tracking, and implementation support to ensure that MSMEs are able to practically apply AI solutions within their businesses. The Trainer/Mentor will work closely with MSME entrepreneurs and teams to provide continuous guidance, troubleshoot adoption challenges, encourage usage, and build strong working relationships throughout the program lifecycle. This role is highly execution-oriented and requires strong facilitation skills, relationship management capability, and an ability to simplify AI concepts into practical business use cases for MSMEs. The Trainer/Mentor will report to the Manager (MSME Training on AI). ":" Training Delivery MSME Engagement Deliver AI training sessions, workshops, bootcamps, and cohort-based learning programs for MSMEs across online, offline, and blended formats Support MSMEs in understanding practical applications of AI across business functions such as operations, marketing, sales, finance, HR, and customer engagement Ensure smooth day-to-day execution of training activities, participant coordination, attendance tracking, and session follow-ups Simplify AI concepts into practical, easy-to-understand learning experiences for MSME entrepreneurs and teams Facilitate hands-on exercises, AI tool demonstrations, and guided implementation activities during training sessions MSME Mentoring AI Adoption Support Provide ongoing mentoring and handholding support to MSMEs to enable sustained AI adoption within their businesses Work closely with MSMEs to identify operational pain points and recommend relevant AI tools and workflows Support MSMEs in integrating AI into routine business functions and processes Conduct regular follow-ups with MSMEs to monitor progress, troubleshoot challenges, and encourage continued usage of AI tools Build strong working relationships with MSME participants and act as a trusted point of contact throughout the program journey Adoption Tracking Reporting Track MSME participation, engagement, AI adoption progress, and implementation milestones across assigned cohorts Maintain regular documentation of MSME interactions, adoption journeys, use cases, and success stories Support the collection of feedback, case studies, testimonials, and outcome data from MSMEs Escalate implementation challenges, adoption gaps, or participant support needs to the Manager (MSME Training on AI) Coordinate closely with program and internal teams to ensure timely reporting and program alignment Ecosystem Program Coordination Coordinate with incubators, industry associations, local ecosystem partners, and training venues to support smooth implementation Support mobilization activities, orientation sessions, and ecosystem engagement events where required Contribute to continuous improvement of training materials, AI use cases, and mentoring approaches based on MSME feedback and field learning "," ":" Technical Functional Skills 3 6 years of experience in training delivery, entrepreneurship support, MSME capacity building, skilling, incubation, or related fields Familiarity with MSME business operations and common operational challenges faced by small businesses Working knowledge of AI tools, generative AI platforms, automation tools, and productivity applications Experience conducting workshops, training sessions, or mentoring entrepreneurs, small businesses, or adult learners Comfort with digital learning tools, online facilitation platforms, and blended learning environments Experience working with MSMEs, incubators, ecosystem organizations, or grassroots enterprise programs is preferred Core Competencies Strong facilitation and communication skills Ability to explain technology concepts in a simple and practical manner Strong relationship-building and participant engagement skills High execution orientation and attention to detail Problem-solving mindset and ability to provide hands-on support Strong coordination and follow-up capability Ability to work independently in dynamic field environments Willingness to travel across program locations as required "," ":[]," Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
