Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and uphold delivery and production timelines against agreed SLAs, proactively identifying at-risk items and driving corrective action with the hub team and agency partners to ensure on-time delivery, quality, efficiency and effectiveness
- Own issue resolution and escalation management end-to-end, ensuring operational problems are triaged, tracked, and resolved with appropriate urgency and stakeholder communication.
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities; document SOPs, lessons learned, and best practices to build institutional knowledge and scalability.
- Support cost and pricing discipline in partnership with relevant Organon leads, including analysis and escalation of job costs that may warrant additional cost reviews with agency partners or signal the need for rate card revisions.
- Ensure availability and reusability of source/native/production files across The Hives content library, enabling efficient content reuse and minimizing rework across markets and franchises.
- Partner with operations and technology teams on process improvements and automation within MLR and vault workflows.
- Support onboarding of team members on submission protocols, Veeva Vault Promomats/MedComms VVPM/VVMC workflows, and compliance requirements.
Performance Analytics & Dashboard Management
- Own day-to-day maintenance of the performance dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, timely refresh, and alignment with agreed KPIs.
- Analyze operational data to generate actionable insights; produce regular and ad-hoc reports, highlighting trends for leadership decision-making.
- Partner with Global Data & Analytics and technology vendors to improve dashboard functionality and champion self-service analytics within The Hive.
- Maintain MLR tracking logs and status dashboards in a support capacity, providing visibility into review cycle times and pending actions.
Project Management & Operational Rhythm
- Primary project management support for The Hive ù tracking deliverables, milestones, and workstreams to ensure on-time delivery and stakeholder visibility.
- Coordinate across internal teams and partners to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and maintain accountability frameworks through regular project reviews.
- Support the Head of Global Marketing Operations in governance rhythm: preparing materials, tracking decisions, and ensuring follow-through on action items.
- Maintain project trackers for all active promotional and non-promotional materials.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5û8 years in project management, marketing operations, or commercial operations in a global organization.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects (PMP, Agile, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with performance dashboards; familiarity with Polaris, Tableau, or Power BI preferred.
- Strong data literacy with ability to communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills; proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project) and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
