We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Officer (Production) to join our team at Mehta API Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the pharma/API industry, preferably with a background in Oncology.
Roles and Responsibility - Oversee production processes to ensure efficient and high-quality output.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry.
- Proven experience in Pharma/API, with a focus on Oncology.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
