Job Responsibilities:
1.Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance for static and rotary equipment (boilers, compressors, cooling towers, chillers, heat exchangers) to ensure minimum downtime.
2. Ensure effective manpower utilization and strict adherence to safety and system standards .
3. Perform failure analysis (MTTR/MTBF) and maintain readiness of standby equipment.
4. Maintain equipment condition and records, and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
