Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Tilak Nagar, Delhi
Education Qualification: Ug/Grads
Experience: Freshers or Experienced in Bpo/Bpo Recruitment
Salary: Freshers 15-18k, For Experienced upto 25k per month
Incentives: Unlimited (Weekly, Quarterly), Average Between 15k-1 Lakh per month
Working Days: Mon - Sat (Sunday Fixed Off)
Shift Timings: Day Shifts (10 am- 7 pm), *Only 7 hours login, Shortest login time ever*
Job Description:
Epic Consultancy is a HR consulting firm based in Tilak Nagar, Delhi and we are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about HR and has a keen eye for talent.
You will be responsible for attracting and sourcing top talent, as well as helping our clients fill their open positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes
- Sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals
- Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews
- Scheduling and conducting face-to-face interviews
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and clients
- Negotiating salaries and closing offers with candidates
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of HR best practices and recruitment processes
- Familiarity with job portals and social media platforms
