Role & responsibilities
- Native Content Creation: Write authentic, engaging, and contextually relevant posts and comments across Reddit, Quora, and other niche discussion forums.
- Sentiment Management: Monitor brand mentions across targeted subreddits and forums, actively participating in threads to guide sentiment positively or neutrally.
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain the credibility of multiple persona profiles by contributing genuinely to diverse communities (accumulating karma/reputation naturally).
- Crisis Mitigation: Identify potential negative trends or viral complaints early and execute strategic counter-responses based on ORM guidelines.
- Subreddit Mapping: Research and identify relevant subreddits, active threads, and influential forum users related to our industry.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the ORM analytics and strategy teams to align daily output with broader brand goals.
Preferred candidate profile
- The "Internet Native" Gene: You are a heavy daily user of Reddit, Quora, or Discord. You know what TL;DR, ELI5, OP, and Downvote dynamics actually mean in practice.
- Chameleon-Like Writing Skills: Ability to alter your writing style from casual, witty slang to objective, fact-driven prose depending on the platform and community guidelines.
- Thick Skin & Quick Wit: Forums can be hostile. You need the emotional intelligence to de-escalate arguments without breaking character or brand safety rules.
- Locational Flexibility: Ability to commute daily to our Delhi office.
