Position: Business Associate Manager
Role Summary
Responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing Business Associates (BAs) and Advisors to achieve monthly sales targets. Ensures compliance, productivity, and strong relationship management across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard BAs and Advisors
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly meetings and manage choreography
- Drive sales through joint fieldwork and customer engagement
- Achieve monthly business targets and contest participation
- Coordinate mandatory regulatory training
- Ensure accurate policy submissions, documentation, and medical clearances
- Build strong relationships with customers and distribution network
- Drive crosssell, upsell, and renewal premium opportunities
