Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Monitoring and Evaluation Intern to support our content, outreach, and podcast initiatives. This role involves assisting in activity execution, data recording, guest coordination, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and a keen interest in content creation, analytics, and social media management.
Requirements
Assist in planning and executing activities related to content generation, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery. Record and manage data, including video and audio bites, while maintaining accuracy and completeness. Coordinate podcast activities by inviting guests, scheduling sessions, managing communication, and maintaining a structured log of all recordings and related data. Collaborate closely with the content team to integrate collected data into creative outputs and provide progress updates on data accuracy. Support the creation and maintenance of a detailed social media calendar, ensuring coordination with the social media team for post scheduling, deadline tracking, and performance analysis. Conduct evaluation and reporting by analyzing collected data to generate actionable insights that improve content and outreach strategies. Compile comprehensive evaluation reports to support decision-making processes.
