- Design, implement, and maintain SCCM/MECM infrastructure
- Manage Site Servers, Distribution Points, Management Points, and Software Update Points
- Lead Operating System Deployment (OSD) strategies and task sequence development
- Design and implement application packaging and deployment solutions
- Monitor SCCM infrastructure health, performance, and compliance
- Troubleshoot complex client, deployment, and infrastructure-related issues
- Design and manage Microsoft Intune device management solutions
- Configure and manage device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines
- Implement and support Windows Autopilot deployments
- Manage Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices
