• Core MSD Skills Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, specifically Project Operations and Sales.
• Exclude candidates with sole experience in the Customer Service module.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 using out-of-the-box features.
• Develop and maintain document templates and contract templates.
• General MSD Skills Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet business needs.
• Design and implement workflows, plugins, and custom entities.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Dynamics 365 environment.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications.
• Conduct unit testing and ensure quality assurance.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
• Actively participate in meetings and take on responsibilities as needed.
• Technical Skill Requirement Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
