Role & responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site Technical Consultant role based in Navi Mumbai. The Technical Consultant will work with clients to understand business requirements, configure and support ERP solutions, and contribute to process optimization initiatives. Daily responsibilities include providing technical support, diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality implementations and enhancements. The role also involves preparing documentation, training end users, and post-implementation activities. The Technical Consultant is expected to maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure that solutions are delivered on time and in line with agreed specifications.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret business requirements, analyze system issues, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills to engage with clients, understand their processes, and propose practical ERP and software implementation strategies.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to resolve incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure system stability and performance.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field are preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP platforms, C#, SQL and basic software development or scripting concepts is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, manage multiple assignments, and adapt to evolving project and client needs.
