Job Description

Position Title: Human Resources Manager

Organization: NISG

Contract Duration: Fixed-term contract of Three (3) Years

Number of Vacancies: One (01)

Minimum Age Requirement: 30 Years


Travel Requirements:
The role requires flexibility to travel as required, including within Delhi/NCR, overseas assignments, and other client locations, in line with project needs and organizational requirements.


Experience Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources or related roles
  • Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership position
  • International HR exposure or experience working on global projects is highly preferred

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • Masters degree and/or professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent will be considered an added advantage

Key Roles and Responsibilities


1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and staffing processes, including workforce planning, job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements aligned with project and organizational objectives
  • Attract, assess, and retain high-quality talent, including international and multicultural workforce when required

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention

3. Compliance & Labor Law Management

  • Ensure full compliance with local and international labor laws, employment regulations, and project-specific requirements
  • Maintain updated knowledge of employment legislation, statutory requirements, and global HR best practices
  • Liaise with legal advisors, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required

4. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and design learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities
  • Support succession planning and career development initiatives
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of training programs

5. Performance Management

  • Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms
  • Coach managers on performance improvement plans and talent development strategies
  • Drive a performance-oriented culture aligned with organizational goals

6. Compensation & Benefits Management

  • Design, implement, and manage compensation structures and employee benefits programs
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and periodic reviews to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
  • Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration in compliance with statutory and contractual requirements

7. HR Policies & Procedures

  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and manuals aligned with organizational and international standards
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies across all levels of the organization
  • Communicate policy updates clearly to employees and management

8. HR Metrics, Reporting & Documentation

  • Track, analyze, and report HR metrics such as recruitment effectiveness, turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction
  • Prepare regular HR reports for senior management and project stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation

9. Organizational Development & Change Management

  • Support organizational development initiatives, including restructuring, workforce optimization, and change management
  • Advise leadership on HR strategies to support business growth and international operations
  • Facilitate smooth implementation of organizational changes

Additional Requirement

  • Global HR exposure or experience managing international workforce, multicultural teams, or overseas projects will be considered a valuable asset for this role.

Compensation (CTC)

  • Final CTC will depend on experience, expertise, and organizational guidelines.
