Roles and Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, RBI, FEMA regulations and listing agreements.
Manage secretarial activities such as board meetings, AGMs, EGMs, and other statutory requirements. Provide corporate governance support to the company''''s management team on regulatory matters. Coordinate with external agencies for audits, legal opinions, and other necessary documentation.
Job Requirements: 5-10 years of experience in Company Secretary or related field. Strong knowledge of companies act, corporate governance, and relevant laws (SEBI). Experience in managing secretarial activities including board meetings and listed company requirements.
