Job Responsibilities:
- Propose Business Targets, finalises, and achieves business targets in the geography.
- Work as a profit centre and focus on improving the regional profitability.
- Ensure availability of products and monitor the settlement of claims if any.
- Complete responsibility to collect out-standings in time as per company policy and redue DSO.
- Ensure hiring of the right people for the right jobs (Sales Executives, Business Developers and ASMs).
- Motivating, Inspiring, Building and Coaching the entire team
- Demand more and help team to achieve targets.
- Continuously monitor out-standings, stocks, Value and Volume Sales and Expenses.
- Assess the developmental requirements of team members and organise solutions with the help of supervisor and HR Job Duties:
- Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts/territories in support of regional as well as national objectives.
- Maintains and expands customer base by counselling reportees (ASE/ASMs); building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
- Implements trade promotions by tracking and evaluating trade spending.
Preferred candidate profile
Sales experience in Paints or other building materials industry.
Qualifications Required: bachelors degree like BSc / B.Com / BE or B.Tech with a PG Degree in Mgt. specialising in Sales /Marketing
