Job Description:
The Inside Sales Representative for the Site Visit Process is responsible for coordinating and facilitating site visits for potential buyers or clients interested in real estate properties. Key duties include:
- Scheduling Appointments: Confirming and scheduling site visits based on customer interest and availability.
- Client Interaction: Engaging with potential buyers via phone, email, or messaging to answer questions, provide property details, and ensure a smooth site visit experience.
- Lead Follow-up: Tracking client interest and following up after site visits to provide additional information, address concerns, and close sales.
- Collaborating with Sales Teams: Coordinating with on-site sales teams or property representatives to ensure they are prepared for client visits and have all relevant information ready.
- Maintaining Records: Updating CRM systems with client feedback, site visit outcomes, and next steps to maintain an organized lead pipeline.
- Providing Feedback: Communicating insights from site visits to management to improve the sales process and property offerings.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple appointments in a fast-paced environment.
