We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HVAC Sales Engineer to drive sales and provide solutions to customers in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical understanding of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and approach potential clients in the HVAC market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct site visits, provide technical expertise, and propose customized HVAC solutions.
Market Analysis:
- Research market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the assigned region.
Technical Expertise:
- Provide detailed product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients.
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of HVAC equipment.
Client Management:
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Address client queries and provide post-sales technical support as required.
Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate new inquiries and close deals effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales of HVAC systems, components, or related products.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC equipment like VAVs, BTU meters, sensors, valves, and actuators.
- Industry Background: Experience with leading brands such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, or Johnson Controls preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide technical solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM and other sales tools.
- Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel extensively to cover assigned territories.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in the HVAC industry or with channel partners/system houses is an advantage.
- Demonstrated success in handling large projects and key accounts.
