Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Supply Chain professional who will be responsible for managing end-to-end coordination between customers and internal supply operations. The role requires strong expertise in inbound and outbound logistics, material planning, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key interface between customers and internal supply chain teams
- Manage customer inputs, orders, and demand planning effectively
- Ensure timely material supply against customer requirements
- Handle inbound and outbound logistics operations
- Monitor and execute material pulling, dispatch planning, and delivery schedules
- Conduct quality checks on materials before dispatch
- Ensure adherence to JIT (Just-In-Time) and JIS (Just-In-Sequence) delivery systems
- Coordinate with production, stores, and logistics for smooth material flow
- Track inventory and ensure optimal stock levels to avoid shortages/excess
- Resolve supply-related issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
Key Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations / Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Inbound & Outbound logistics processes
- Good understanding of JIT / JIS concepts
- Hands-on experience in material planning and dispatch coordination
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders (Customer, Production, Stores, Vendors)
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Excel
