Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop new suppliers for electronic components and semiconductors through market research, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
- Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, cost reduction initiatives, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for component development and improve existing products.
- Manage relationships with key vendors to negotiate pricing agreements, delivery schedules, and performance metrics.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement role within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of component development processes and new product development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in conducting supplier audits, selecting new vendors, and managing supplier improvement programs.
