Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement process validation plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement through Kaizen implementation.
- Create and maintain control plans, including monitoring and controlling processes to meet quality standards.
- Conduct PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) studies to mitigate potential risks.
Job Requirements :
- 2-6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or life sciences industry as a Process Engineer.
- Strong understanding of Process Validation principles and regulations (e.g., FDA).
- Experience with Kaizen Implementation methodologies and tools (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
- Proficiency in creating Control Plans, PFMEAs, and other documentation related to process control.
