Job Summary: The Coordinator will be responsible for managing and facilitating the end-to-end coordination of patients referred from Mizoram Government and other North East states to Max Healthcare.
The role requires effective communication, coordination with internal hospital departments, and continuous support to patients and their attendants throughout their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with Mizoram Government departments and other North East referral channels for patient admissions and treatment planning.
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and attendants from North East India. Assist patients with appointment scheduling, admission procedures, documentation, billing coordination, and discharge processes. Liaise with doctors, nursing staff, diagnostics, billing, and other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care. Provide regular updates to patients, attendants, and referral authorities regarding treatment progress and required follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of patient referrals, admissions, treatments, and communication history. Support the Sales Marketing team in strengthening relationships with Mizoram Government and North East stakeholders. Address patient concerns promptly and ensure a positive patient experience. Mandatory Requirements Candidate from Manipur or having strong exposure to the North East region. Excellent command of English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with patients, attendants, government authorities, and hospital departments.
