Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the daily operations of the distributor network, ensuring efficient delivery of spare parts. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain operations. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field. Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and distribution networks. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Experience working with Maruti Suzuki or similar OEMs is an added advantage.
