> Attending Design reviews and giving inputs related to EV components (Batteries, BMS, Motors, HV cables etc.) > DFMEA and PFMEA of EV components > Understanding EV component specifications and evaluation of EV components (Testing standards, CTQ parameters, Inspection by Electronic instruments) > Auditing EV components vendor process and ensuring consistency thru statistical tools e.g. process capability > Analysis and troubleshooting issues in EV by using appropriate tools such as Diagnostic tester, Oscilloscopes, BMS logic interpretation etc. > Testing of EV components (Battery Pack, BMS, Motors, HV cables etc.) > Preparing knowledge banks / SOR process / Inspection standards for EV par 1.> Clear & Good communication skills. > Ability to work in lean, multi tasking environment.Should be able to work in UG / CAD independently. > Effective problem solver with skill to lead root cause investigation. > Practical application of Quality Control Tools, including theoretical background of SPC, Analytical tools and Six sigma. > Knowledge on usage of various Electrical & Electronics Instruments like oscilloscope, Function generator, Scope meter, Digital Multimeter, Microscope, HI pot tester, electronic load, power supply. > Should have knowledge of various electrical & electronics testing standards (JIS / JASO / AIS / ISO). Exposure to regualtory norms pertaining to EV vehciles will be preferred > Should have know how related to Lithium-Ion battery development, analysis and inspection. > Should have know how related to Motor development, analysis and inspection. > Should have know how of manufacturing process and CTQ parameters of battery packs and traction motors. > Should have know how related to BMS logic, vehicle level analysis and BMS manufacturing process > Good Understanding on Electrical and Software architecture and interface. > Should be able to understand circuits / gerber files. > Profound knowledge of vehicle communication protocol including CAN and LIN > Work experience in handling development and line issues of EV/ HEV > Well versed with problem solving tools > Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as stamping / Welding / Casting / Machihng / Moulding / SMT Etc. > Should have understanding related to simulations / Mould flow analysis. > Should have understandding of EMI/ EMC
