Role & responsibilities (DRS & ASRS Management)
- Ensure adherence to Dispatch Requirements and PM requirements from ASRS and Dense Racking System
- Ensure adherence to CQA Quality Standards inside ASRS
- Manpower handling and Optimize Manpower utilization
- Ensure Online SAP-EWM transactions and OEM Software transactions
- Ensure the ASRS cranes and systems are maintained with above 99% uptime
- Ensure 5S and GMP in ASRS and Desnse racking areas.
- All Mechanical Equipment to be maintained in Good safe working conditions
- Attending machine related Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Breakdowns
- Engage with OEMs/Suppliers to carry out AMC services
- Root causing to find the repeated Errors in the systems
- Maintain System Vs Physical Stock accuracy
- Manage and optimize manpower utilization in ASRS and dense racking areas.
- Service time for attending the faults
- Maintaining service level for no production loss hours due to PM non availability
- Adherence to PM preventive maintenance schedule

Candidate Preferred from FMCG Industry Only
This is a shift-based role, and candidates must be willing to work across all three shifts.
Prefer hands on experience of handling ASRS activities.
