Purpose of the Role:
To drive seamless execution of artwork, activations, and documentation processes through effective cross-functional coordination, timely approvals, and efficient operational management.
Qualification & Experience:
- Required Education Qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate
- Required prior Work Experience: Candidate having minimum of prior 2-3 years of experience
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to work in demanding conditions and remain calm
- Ability to seamlessly work with cross functional teams and vendors
- Approachable, pleasing disposition and desire to serve
- Highly trustworthy and reliable
- Must be a multi-tasker, who can take on several personal tasks at a time
- Ability to effectively deliver in short turnaround times

Job Responsibilities:
- Artwork Management
- Securing approval from all stakeholders to execute artwork changes and finally releasing the artworks to the concerned department within the timeframes
- Providing Online processes support like IT Ticket creation for system errors, ASP portal, Vendor Creation, Payments etc
- Ensuring all the necessary system access are available to the team
- Tracking of stock availability and ordering the same
- Packaging related artworks
- Activations and other interventions
- Consumer Offer: Execution including Coordination, Networks & Logistics
- Activations: Support BM and execute activations on ground including Logistics & Coordination
- Visibility & POSM in-store (GT/MT) & online (Ecom eg. Banners)
- Documentations
- New Vendor Registration Process should be apt at inter departmental coordination
- Processing of Estimates, Generate PO, Tracking ASP
- Alignments and approvals of financial agreements
