Role & responsibilities
End-to-End Program Execution:
- Support the end-to-end planning and execution of influencer-led campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Draft briefs, align messaging, and manage deliverables across barter and paid collaborations
Data-Driven Experimentation:
- Assist in designing and running pilots or experiments to test new ideas. Monitor KPIs and success metrics to evaluate impact and inform decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with teams across marketing, operations, customer experience, supply chain, and product to ensure alignment and timely delivery of business-critical initiatives.
Project Planning & Tracking:
- Build and maintain detailed project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. Keep all stakeholders informed and accountable.
Problem Solving & Bottleneck Resolution:
- Identify roadblocks early and proactively drive solutions to accelerate product rollouts and campaign launches.
