Role & responsibilities
- Deriving most cost effective and feasible Supply and Distribution plan to cater to market requirements
- Participate in S&OP to finalise the Supply plans
- Creating Annual Capacity plans
- Track and Improve Service Levels
- Maintain stock freshness level across all channels
- Support international business needs requiring setting up systems and processes
- Link and leverage Company's internal functions
- Drive process improvement projects in function
- Ensuring execution excellence for High order fulfilment through order tracking, stock allocations, despatch planning
- Effective customer engagement to co-create future agenda and deliver on the same to create win-win partnerships
Preferred candidate profile
Required prior Work Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years prior experience. The person should have handled RM/PM/FG exports in an FMCG industry scenario.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
- Good understanding of Export Logistics, Customer Service and EXIM
- High level of analytical ability
- Good understanding of technologies related to Supply Chain processes.
