Role & responsibilities Provide onsite hardware support for HP laptops at customer locations. Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware issues. Replace faulty components such as LCD/display, keyboard, battery, motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, adapter, and other laptop parts. Perform preventive maintenance and hardware health checks. Update service reports and close service calls within SLA. Coordinate with customers and internal teams for service activities. Maintain accurate documentation of service work. Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely service delivery.
Preferred candidate profile
03 years of experience in laptop hardware support. Freshers with strong laptop hardware knowledge are also welcome to apply. Experience in HP, Dell, Lenovo, or Acer laptop hardware support is preferred. Good troubleshooting and communication skills. Willingness to travel to customer locations within the assigned area Two wheeler Mandatory.
