Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (Fresher) Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install and configure operating systems and software applications. Assist users with system access, email configuration, and technical queries. Support LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network troubleshooting activities. Monitor system performance and ensure smooth IT operations. Maintain records of IT assets and support tickets. Learn and work on Cloud Technologies, AWS, and System Administration tasks.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware and Networking. Understanding of Operating Systems (Windows/Linux). Knowledge of Desktop Support and Troubleshooting. Basic understanding of AWS or Cloud Technologies is a plus. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and grow in the IT domain.
