The incumbent will look at the entire area of developing the sales function within his/her respective area & geography and will drive the following key work deliverables:
- Being the face of the company for multiple stakeholders.
- Working closely with contractors & retailers to build JSW Paints brand from the ground up.
- Maintaining a constant pipeline of customers.
- Managing key dealers, understanding dealer behavior, conversion of competition dealers, and driving growth at the dealer counter.
- Making monthly plans: territory-wise and dealer-wise planning, security deposit planning, new dealer appointment plans, and predefined journey planning for territory leaders.
- Understanding policies, schemes, incentives, and conducting overdue analysis.
- Understanding the forecasting process, allocation of stock from RDC to CFA, stock follow-up, and maximization of stock levels.
- Understanding category-wise potential and growth opportunities: category-wise promotion planning, organizing customer meets, and grabbing market share.
- Identifying business opportunities and providing consultation on painting solutions at project sites.
- Planning and strategizing for depot geography for short term (06 months) as well as long term (more than 1û2 years).
- Analyzing area-level data to identify gaps and drive necessary initiatives.
- Exploring and opening new clients to expand overall sustainable sales potential in the area.
- Collecting reliable information about business ecosystem/customer/area/competition for market mapping and sensitizing management.
- Gathering information on competitorsÆ activities in the region and acting on it for the companyÆs benefit.
- Preparing plans to achieve assigned business objectives for the depot on a monthly level and working towards achieving targets as per budget.
- Implementing project-specific initiatives and schemes.
- Tracking and providing effective and appropriate solutions to client problems and ensuring complete customer satisfaction within defined timelines.
- Ensuring availability of material and services through coordination with other functions.
- Guiding and supporting the frontline team.
