Salary & Benefits
Freshers: 22,000/month + 4,400 Night Shift Allowance + Attractive Incentives
Experienced: Up to 28,000/month + 4,400 Night Shift Allowance + Performance-Based Incentives
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, cancellations, and account support.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional assistance to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Eligibility
- Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible.
- Good verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in US rotational shifts.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
