Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Update and maintain records in CRM systems
- Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Meet key performance metrics like AHT, quality, and productivity
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Willingness to work in night shifts (UK/US process)
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
