Proven experience as a Manual Tester or Quality Assurance Analyst. Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, etc.). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and a strong problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.
