Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer with strong experience in Selenium automation testing to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts. The ideal candidate should have expertise in web application testing, test automation, CI/CD integration, and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Create and maintain automation frameworks using Java/Python/C#.
- Analyze business requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing.
- Identify, report, track, and verify defects using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure product quality.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Maintain test execution reports and provide quality metrics.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Selenium WebDriver.
- Proficiency in Java, , or C#.
- Experience with TestNG,
- Knowledge of Maven/Gradle build tools.
- Good understanding of XPath, CSS Selectors, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with Git version control.
- Familiarity with JIRA/Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in API testing using Postman or Rest Assured.
Preferred Skills
- Selenium Grid for parallel execution.
- BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
- CI/CD tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps Pipelines.
- Performance testing knowledge using JMeter.
- Cloud testing platforms such as BrowserStack or Sauce Labs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant experience in Automation Testing.
