- Strong technical Background with hands-on experience in software implementation or development.
- Experience leveraging AI/LLM-based tools or agents in software implementation / development
- Strong communication and executive presence, with experience working directly with US and EU-based clients across seniority levels, including C-suite stakeholders
- Client relationship - Experienced to build and sustain long-term client relationships and manage expectations.
- Leadership skills - Experience building and scaling delivery teams, including hiring, leveling, and performance management
- Portfolio Management - Ability to oversee multiple concurrent client engagements or workstreams, balancing priorities, resources, and delivery timelines without losing quality.
- Process - Process-oriented mindset with a track record of establishing and enforcing quality standards, delivery frameworks, and engineering best practices across teams.
- Structured Problem-Solving - Ability to break down complex problems into simpler executable tasks
- Strategic vision - Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation across tech, team management, delivery approach, client solutions
