Qualifications:

Should be proficient in Malay language skills
Good understanding of various forms of public transport.
English fluency is a requirement as all tools, communication, documentation, training, and work are conducted in English.
Proficient researcher with the ability to use online sources.
Any bachelors degree is the minimum educational requirement.
Strong communication skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Optional Proficiency in a second language is required as per the project scope( in this case its Malay)
Ability to maintain a positive demeanor and attention to detail during repetitive tasks.
Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills, work on diverse projects, and embrace evolving processes.
Customer service background, especially within a communications team, is preferred.
1 year of technical support or other problem-solving experience is preferred.
