Roles and Responsibilities

Looking for candidates with excellent communication skill for technical support or Customer support role.
Candidate should be flexible to work in US Shift (Rotational night shifts).
Candidate should be excellent in English communication.
Preferable candidates from Tamilnadu or Currently in Tamilnadu for work from Office .
Any experience who are willing to work with technical process can also apply.
Candidates with International Technical Voice experience is preferred.

Essential Functions:

Handle incoming calling process/complete tasks identified in cases received through CRM portal and assigned queues
Triage incoming cases received by CRM. Prioritize & Assign by priority category, offer case acknowledgment & expectations to customer
Provide application support by creating cases, conducting & documenting initial discovery, and escalating when necessary
Adhere to established SLAs, and productivity/performance goals
Provide world class Customer Support by delivering service.
