Job Description
Site Engineer (ELV / Fire Detection Systems) Location: Pan India (Project-Based) Experience: 3-4 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Engineer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in ELV systems, specifically Fire Detection & Alarm Systems. The candidate should be capable of handling site execution from installation to commissioning, with strong technical expertise and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Execute installation, testing, and commissioning of Fire Detection & Alarm Systems Handle end-to-end site activities including cabling, device installation, panel wiring, and programming Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution ó Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines ó Troubleshoot system faults and ensure timely resolution ó Maintain site documentation including reports, checklists, and as-built drawings ó Ensure compliance with safety standards and project quality requirements Technical Requirements: ó Strong knowledge of Fire Detection Systems ó Hands-on experience with Honeywell, Simplex, Bosch, Apollo, Edwards ó Understanding of loop configuration, cause & effect matrix, and system programming ó Basic knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, PA) is an advantage ó Familiarity with standards such as NBC / NFPA Skills Required: ó Good troubleshooting and analytical skills ó Ability to read technical drawings and schematics ó Strong coordination and communication skills Qualification: Diploma / B. Tech in Electrical / Electronics or related field Other Requirements: ó Willingness to travel across India ó Ability to work under deadlines and site conditions ó Strong focus on safety and quality
