Role & responsibilities Lead end-to-end requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation for data modernization initiatives Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define business objectives and translate them into detailed data requirements Participate in the review and validation of data models, data flows, and business rules Work closely with data engineers, architects, and BI teams to design and deliver scalable data solutions Analyze complex datasets and stored procedures to derive insights and extract business requirements Define and document requirements for dashboards, reports, and KPIs for business users Ensure adherence to data quality, governance, and compliance standards Conduct impact analysis and support change management activities Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data analysis and documentation Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data-related initiatives
Required Skills
& Qualifications: 8 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong exposure to data analysis Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with large and complex datasets Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modelling Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
