Achieve the Retail Targets assigned to the Territory on Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly basis.
- Daily / weekly / monthly review of targets
- Identifying gaps & ways to bridge these gaps
Ensure that all the Retail points like Dealer points and Hubs are up-to-date as per the SOP including Aesthetics, Digital assets etc.
- Visiting Retail Points as (To review Infrastructure,
manpower, processes & Financial capability)
- Conducting BTL Activities
To Plan Stock at Dealer Warehouses for Deliveries/Display/Test rides
Ensure Good Customer Experience and CSAT Scores at
every touch point with the customers viz. Experience
Centers, Pop-Up Stores and Dealerships.
- Sales target vs achievement
- Improvement in visibility score
-Activity target vs achievement
- New Visual identity implementation & basic showroom upkeep
- Post sales follow up
- Customer Feedback system
6. Ensure the Compliance of Sales Process both in Physical as well as Digital journeys
7. Maintain Good relationship with financiers and Insurance Companies to ensure a seamless customer
experience.
8. Conducted all the BTL Activities/ Local Campaigns as and when required by the Company.
